ICARE (Initiative for Community Advancement, Relief and Empowerment) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) that aims at contributing its quota to the intellectual and socio-economic growth of its members in particular and generality of people in all communities it operates. Programmes in operation are micro-credit programme for traders and artisans, asset acquisition scheme, agric-enterprise (training and ventures) and skill acquisition programme for the youths.
